No. We don't file paperwork for you and we're not a registered agent. Ready Set Biz shows you what to work through, keeps your documents and deadlines organized, and gives you a place to record what you confirmed with the right office.

Will it tell me exactly what my state requires?

It gives you the right questions to ask, then helps you record the answers you get from your state, county, and city. Rules differ by location and change over time, so Ready Set Biz helps you check instead of guess.

Does Ready Set Biz make me legally compliant?

No. Ready Set Biz is an educational business readiness tool. It is not an approval, license, certification, or determination of legal compliance, and it does not provide legal, tax, accounting, insurance, or professional advice.

Do I have to choose a pathway right away?

You choose one during setup and you can change it any time in Settings. Your documents and general startup steps stay with you.

Can I use it if I'm already operating?

Yes. Tell us your stage during setup and your roadmap starts where you actually are, usually with licensing, insurance, renewals, and getting documents organized.
